The HOA (Homeowners Association) Board manages the
day-to-day operations of the community, maintains common areas,
enforcse community rules and regulations, collects dues, and
manages budgets.
The Architectural Committee (AC)
is to ensure that exterior changes to homes comply with the
community's design, aesthetics, and governing documents.
The HOA Safety Committee educates residents on
safety and security through the Neighborhood
Awareness
Program. They are involved with Clallam Ready
(CR) and (CERT) the Clallum
County Community Emergency Response Team here in Emerald Highlands,
and responsible for Neighborhood camera systems.
