When you submit a request please include:
For Painting and Roofs. Provide the colors samples and if painting where the colors will be located. Such as for Facia, Doors, Trim, and Walls.
Landscaping, Additions, Gazebos, Decks and Patios require a plot layout and colors and materials, and how tall and wide - structure size.
New Construction requires Building and Landscape Plans.
For lanscaping blocking views notify the Architectural Committee of the address of the property, general description of the plantings and pictures if possibe.

General information
The Architectural Committee reviews plans for for new construction and exterior changes to your property.
All landscaping and building plans shall be submitted for consideration to the Architectural Committee.
The Committee shall recognize that there can be an infinite number of architectural concepts and ideas for the development of the Property. For the protection of all members of the association, the Architectural Committee shall not interpret the CC&Rs in an overly restrictive manner. The overall goal of the CC&Rs is to preserve view to the extent reasonably possible, maintain neat landscaping and ensure a high quality residential neighborhood while restricting enjoyment of the residential use of the lots to the minimum extent possible.
The Architectural Committee has been authorized by the Board of Directors to take whatever steps may be required to ensure compliance with the provisions of the Covenants, Conditions & Restrictions enumerated in Articles IV & V of the CC&Rs. If it should become necessary to seek redress through legal action, the Committee shall consult with the Board of Directors of the Association, which has sole authority to file such an action.
Maitenance Required in CC & R's
Front Light Poles
An automatic photoelectric pole light of decorative and attractive construction, as approved by the Architectural Committee, shall be erected within ten (10) feet of the front property line and adjacent to the frontwalk or driveway. Such light shall be no tless than five(5) feet nor more than eight (8) feet in height with an enclosed light of not less than 40 watts nor more than 100 watts, such lighting being considered a necessary safety factor and convenience.
Trees and Vegetation
Owners shall restrict the height of improvements and the height of trees and vegetation growing on the Lots to the end that the view of other owners shall be preserved to the greatest extent reasonably practicable. The height of trees and vegetation growing on any Lot shall not exceed 18 feet from original grade before mounding unless the planting is in a position not to interfere with any other property owner's view.
Fence, Walls Hedges and Mass Plantings
No fence, wall, hedge or mass planting shall be erected or maintained on any Lot exceeding six (6) feet in height or unreasonably restrict or block the view from an adjoining Lot or materially impair the continuity of the general landscaping plan of the property.
